Charges are based on a per/day base rate plus any options or one-time charges.
Unlike other rental properties in the area, we do not have minimum stay requirements.
There is an additional fee charged for single night stays. There is a booking fee of
$50 assessed when you book your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, this fee is non-refundable.
For any change in reservations however, this fee is not charged again.
