ABOUT BEAR CABIN 88:
Construction of Bear Cabin 88 (957 SF with vaulted ceilings) was completed in December, 2000. The cabin is nested among other cabins and is less than 50 yards from a back gate into the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest.  Bear Cabin 88 accommodates a maximum of 6 people and includes two full bathrooms. We chose to furnish Bear Cabin with excellence, from the appliances to the extensive art decor. We want to create a luxurious experience for our guests a true getaway in the high Ponderosa pines where you can kick back, relax, enjoy and be in a truly comfortable environment in which you can make marvelous memories of your vacation!  This is real class in a beautiful location.

ABOUT THE LIVING ROOM:
The indoor place with open space to relax and enjoy yourself and your guests!  There are two comfortable couches.  Lean back in one of two leather rocker-recliners.  Listen to the stereo (radio or CDs), watch satellite TV, or just enjoy a video movie.  The cultured stone fireplace will take the chill off any evening … and you need not gather any wood because it is propane-fueled.  Just simply enjoy yourself and the gentle ambiance!

ABOUT DINING:
Make you and your guests at home at the antique wood table which seats six and is surrounded by windows.  Or dine on the front porch or in a convenient picnic area.  Upgraded kitchen appliances offer the gourmet or novice chef ample ease and space to conjure up glorious or simple meals.  The side-by-side 21.6cf refrigerator accommodates your groceries and freezer needs.  The microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and stacked washer/dryer make cooking and cleaning up easy.
Our outdoor propane grill is available.

ABOUT SLEEPING:
In the master bedroom, sleep soundly in a queen-sized bed, and enjoy the privacy of the adjacent master bathroom as well as a full closet, dresser and two nightstands.  In the other bedroom, enjoy the double bed, two nightstands, two windows and an ample closet.  Either of the two living room couches makes into a double bed.

No pets of any kind are allowed.

ATVs

If you choose to bring an All-Terrain-Vehicle, you must abide by the community regulations concerning their operation. No operation on community streets is permitted between the hours of 11pm and 6am. These vehicles are intended to take you from one place to another, "cruising" repeatedly up and down the streets is discouraged.

NOISE

While Bear Cabin 88 is in a wonderful, natural place, it is not secluded; it is in a community of surrounding cabins. Please be considerate of those around you. You and your neighbors have come to Bison Ranch to get away from noise, strife, argument and profanity. Please do not expose the occupants of neighboring cabins to these nuisances.
